extra couple of extra holes I made in the guides by accident when I receive

Well, we just had the hottest day this year in Perth (38C) and boy did the
new rollershutters work a treat exactly like your site promotes they will.
I had for a long time wondered "how much do these things cost"
and I was very reluctant to call anyone because I hate all that sales crap.
Then one day I was at my local shopping centre and I gave in. They took
my details and then a call to verify then phoned me to verify the appointment
and they wanted to make sure that my wife would be there. So I thought this
is a very efficient company (am I aloud to mention the company XXXXX) So
out they came, salesman arrives and I will admit right on time then the
sales pitch. By the end of it, 1 hour later I felt like I could just about
melt the aluminium and make my own
But then the big moment lets measure the windows. I only had two windows
to measure but the result was rather astounding. I sort of thought about
a few thousand dollars but when it came in at $4700 I thought I wasn't installing
a roller shutter more like a roller door!
Anyway I said that the shopping centre promotion said buy two get one free
so the salesman said OK I will give you 30% off. Then if I put their sign
out the front for I can't remember how many weeks like 6 months or something,
then I would get another big discount I really started to become uneasy.
So when I took exception to his discounts for the two windows and ask him
to leave he rang his head manager who offered further discounts down to
$2600. When I told them I thought their discounted calculation of about
$1500 was more what I thought roller shutters should be worth I got a rather
indigent reply from both the manager on the phone and the salesman and the
meeting ended in mutual disgust.
After I removed the salesman and his samples I though try Goggle and that's
when I realised I was not being unrealistic with my cost estimate and with
a little additional freight to W.A from your factory I was right on the
money. Measured up in accordance with your online video instructions and
had no hesitation in ordering my new rollershutters and paying over the
Internet because of the huge saving. Your Paypal facility is also very convenient.
I would have to admit that paying this rather large amount over the Internet
was a bit scary but the end result has been fantastic. I would also have
to commend you Bob on your prompt replies and helpful hints on any question
ask from, delivery times to installation hints.
O' I forgot to mention that the company that visited me stated that part
of their discount conditions were that we promote their product to family
and friend but were not aloud to tell them the price. Wonder why?

We had our roller shutters installed and I have to tell you the novelty has still not worn off!! We are the parents of two young children and having travelled a lot recently it has reiterated how much we love and rely on our roller shutters. We found the girls were waking up so early without the roller shutters.
We certainly would have been lost without them during daylight savings, with the sun not going down until 9pm, at least now we can put the roller shutters down and let the girls get to bed at a decent hour.
With the click of a button we have darkness, privacy and safety; I can’t imagine life without them, not to mention the heating and cooling advantages for our pockets and for the environment.

After recent extensions and upgrading were completed to the Ironbank Country Fire Service station, 4 door and window roller shutters were installed.
All installation and electrical works were completed quickly and efficiently by the suppliers with no fuss or inconvenience to our members at an extremely competitive price.

For many years I have wanted to install roller shutters on the house, but the quotations I received from several companies over the years were well in excess of what I could afford. I had given up on the idea completely until I came across your website. That changed everything.
All the roller shutters are now installed and working well and I use them daily. They look very neat indeed from the outside when closed. Already, I am seeing the benefits of the insulation properties through reduced thermostat settings for my heating.
I found the measurement instructions and installation videos easy to follow. Anyone with handyman skills should be able to measure and install the shutters if they follow the instructions closely.
I particularly like the battery operated option as it means the shutters will still work during a power failure (which can be frequent in the Adelaide Hills). It also means that no electrician is needed for installation leading to further savings.
I was also impressed by the fact that yours is the only roller shutter website that I have found that directly addresses the issue of protection from radiant heat during bushfires. This is particularly important for me as I live in a high bushfire risk area. It is comforting to know that the roller shutters have been independently appraised by the CSIRO and are suitable for protecting windows from radiant heat during bushfires.

Hi, I've had 4 electric roller shutters for 9 years now, Trouble Free. I was impressed, so 2 months ago I bought 2 battery operated roller shutters which were from the same manufacture.The 2 new roller shutters are at the southern end of the house so at night all 6 shutters are closed and with the slow combustion heater on low the house is so much warmer in the morning which is handy when you live in the Adelaide Hills. So I can recommend roller shutters for their thermal properties. The same roller shutters work in reverse in summer and people think we have an air conditioner and they don;t believe it;s just because of the roller shutters but it;s true, they;re great!!
